Where do you deliver?


We deliver all across the UAE, including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, and other Emirates.

Delivery charges may vary based on your order size and delivery location. The exact amount will be shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship across the UAE, but we’re working on expanding to other GCC countries soon.

How do I request a replacement?

Please contact our customer support team and share a video of the faulty, incorrect, or damaged product. Sometimes the issue may be due to product usage, and our team can guide you on fixing it.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, you can choose from two replacement options:

  • Option A: Ship the product (with original box and accessories) to our warehouse:

    Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE.

    Once received, we will send your replacement within 5 working days, free of charge.


Option B: We can schedule a courier pickup of the faulty product (in its original packaging), and you will receive a replacement within 14 working days..

How soon should I report an issue with my order?

All complaints must be raised within 30 days of delivery.

  • If reported within 7 days, the replacement is completely free of charge.
  • If reported after 7 days, certain replacement charges may apply.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not have a refund policy.

Can I request a replacement if I change my mind?

No, replacements are only available for incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged products. Change of mind is not covered.

What if the product issue is minor or related to usage?

Our support team will first guide you on how to resolve the issue. If the product is still faulty, only then will a replacement be arranged.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, all replacements require the product to be sent back in the original product box with all accessories.
